What you actually get
"Coordination" is an easy word to write and a hard one to picture. So instead of describing the service, this page shows you the thing it produces: a real medical report from a real managed visit, and the work that goes into it before, during, and after.
A managed visit costs IDR 800,000, about fifty US dollars. By the end of this page you should be able to judge for yourself whether that is expensive or cheap.
The same answer, spoken: what a managed visit is, in the words of the people who run them.
What happens before, during and after
The right specialist, on purpose
We match the problem to a subspecialist, not a directory listing, and tell you why we picked them. The appointment is booked at our negotiated rate, your history travels ahead of you, and you know what the visit will cost before you leave the house.
A nurse in the room with you
A Padma nurse comes with you. Nothing important gets lost between the consultation room and the car park: the questions you meant to ask, the answers written down while they're being said. Perhaps a simple translation, to avoid a misunderstanding.
A written report, in English
Every finding, every medication, every next step, consolidated into one document, checked by a doctor, filed in your household record, and yours to send to anyone. That document is the rest of this page.
The report you take home
This one is real: a month-two post-operative orthopaedic follow-up, coordinated across RSUP Prof. Ngoerah and Bali Royal Hospital in May 2026. Shared with the patient's permission, redacted at his identity and nowhere else.

Six records. Two hospitals. Two languages. One document.
Every report ends with a source-documents list: each hospital resume, imaging report and prescription it was reconciled from. That footer is the whole product in miniature. Without it, your medical history in Bali is six pieces of paper in three drawers, some in a language you don't read.
With it, there is one authoritative account, checkable line by line against its sources, because they are named.

Who this document works for
What this costs
IDR 800,000, flat: the coordination, the nurse's time, and the written report. Hospital and specialist fees are separate, charged at our negotiated rate with nothing added.
And not every visit needs the full managed treatment. For a repeat prescription, or a specialist you already know, a Basic Appointment is IDR 100,000: we book it, register you, and put the cost on one consolidated invoice at the end of the month, so there's no hour in the cashier queue each time you go. Our doctor still briefs the specialist on your case in medical language. We'll tell you when this cheaper option is the right one. The full rate card is public.
The part that isn't on the rate card: knowing who to send you to. Thousands of visits over the years mean we can usually tell you who we'd recommend and how to reach them. That costs nothing; it comes with membership. The fee is only for coordinating on our pricing, where we pay the clinic first. If you're on your third visit this week to the same physio, expect your advisor to say so and hand you the number. We'd rather save you the fee than earn it. The team is pointed at your interests first, every time.
| Service | Price |
