The one checklist item nobody can help you tick
School — sorted. Visa agent — engaged. House — shortlisted. And then there's the line that says "healthcare," and every forum thread contradicts the last one: which hospital, which doctor out of five thousand, why the price changes with your passport.
That line is our whole job. One membership sets up your family's healthcare before you land: a named advisor who already knows your household, a written plan for the day something goes wrong, and local pricing from day one.
IDR 350,000 a month for the household, from a start date you choose. Most families choose the week they land.
Do it before you fly, not after you land
We have watched hundreds of families make this move. The ones who set healthcare up from their kitchen table at home spend ten minutes on it. The ones who leave it for "once we're settled" are still unpacking boxes when the first fever arrives, and make their first Bali healthcare decisions from bed, googling furiously with the lights out.
Join, and pick your start date
Ten minutes online. You choose the date your membership begins, and nothing is charged before it. Most families pick the week they land. Tell us who is in the household and where you're coming from.
You've met your advisor
They introduced themselves on WhatsApp within a day of your joining, and your family's medical profile is taking shape from that conversation: conditions, medications, allergies, the kids' vaccination records. At your pace, from wherever you still are. If your household carries prescriptions, a pre-flight consultation with a senior Padma Care doctor maps each one to what is stocked here and sorts what to do before you fly from what can wait. IDR 800,000, the same as a managed visit, and separate from membership because it is an hour of a doctor's time.
Your Day 0 plan goes on the fridge
We write it once you have a front door, because relocating families change house more often than they plan to, and a plan for the wrong address is no plan. Which hospital for which emergency from where you actually live, who calls whom, what to say on arrival. You land with a named advisor, a written plan, and local pricing, while you deal with the shipping container, the school run, and everything else that needs you.
A child with a fever, in a new country, at 9pm
This is the moment relocating parents worry about, so here is the honest version. We are not an emergency service, and your advisor answers between 8am and 8pm. What we do is make sure that by 9pm you already know what to do. Your Day 0 plan names the hospital for the house you actually live in, the number to call, and what to say when you arrive. If it's serious, you go, and the plan has already done the deciding. If it can wait, you message your advisor at 8am, and someone who knows your child's history tells you what to watch and whether today needs a clinic.
What you are not doing at 9pm: typing "pediatrician canggu" into a Facebook group and taking medical advice from whoever answers first.
Prices here move with your passport
Very few facilities charge Indonesians and foreigners the same rate. It isn't a scandal, it's simply how the market here works, and from the outside the pricing is opaque. A KITAS closes some of the gap. It's worst in hospital, where the bed class you choose on admission sets a premium on every service you receive for the rest of your stay. And it compounds: the family that overpays for the first GP visit keeps overpaying for years, because nobody ever tells you the other number.
Members pay the rate we've negotiated, passed through untouched. We take no commission from anyone, which is checkable. Bills are read line by line before you pay them, from the first visit.
