What this site collects, and what it doesn't

This website is a set of static pages. It has no sign-up form, no login, and no database of its own. When you choose to contact us, you leave this site for a separate service.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It is configured for data minimization. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell or share the data. You can block it with any standard content blocker without affecting the site.

When you contact us

Our buttons open external services, each with its own privacy terms: membership sign-up and enquiry forms are hosted on Jotform, calls are booked through Calendly, and messages go through WhatsApp. Anything you send there is governed by that service's policy and by our own handling of your medical information once you are in contact with us.

Medical information

Once you are a member or an advocacy client, we hold medical information to do the work: your household profile, reports, and correspondence. We treat it as confidential, share it only as needed to coordinate your care and only with your direction, and we take no commission from anyone we refer you to.
