The reason why we don't handle your card details directly is that your payment information is super important and valuable. Xendit does a great job protecting this info (better than we could).

We accept all major domestic and international credit cards. But only debit cards from a few local banks. Visa and Mastercard are the way forward. 

If the payment isn't working after several tries the best thing to do is to WhatsApp our team at +62 822 6632 3030 (same number as your PHA)

One last important note. For your safety the payment window is only open for 24 hours from creation. If you are trying to setup a payment more than 24 hours after you received a Whatsapp or Email request for payment from us, that we need to create the authorization again.
