The first step would be to try pressing the back button and repeat the process with our payment gateway partner (Xendit)
The reason why we don't handle the transaction directly is that your payment information is super important and valuable. Xendit does a great job protecting these payment details (better than we could), so we send you there for the payment.

If the payment isn't working after several tries the best thing to do is to WhatsApp our team at +62 822 663 23030 (same number as your PHA)
You may also call our main customer service line at +62 361 3010 625, if you are getting frustrated and want to talk to a real person.

One last important note. For your safety the payment window is only open for 24 hours from creation. If you are trying to setup a payment more than 24 hours after you received a Whatsapp or Email request for payment from us, that we need to create the authorization again.
